1:1 Leadership coaching
This tailored session focuses on individual leaders and what they want to achieve or resolve. COAs are also developed during those sessions along with progress measures. The individual coaching session is ideal for setting goals, overcoming challenges, conflict resolution, greater self-confidence, job satisfaction, and better relationships at work.
Group coaching is conducted with one coach and up to five leaders or teams of five employees. The focus of group coaching is usually common team elements. Team building, setting goals, organizational culture, group dynamics, managing resistance and conflict, and project development are some of the topics usually addressed in group-coaching. The session also includes developing team norms and effectiveness measures.
